The MC One@ is the smallest Fluid Jet Mill available into the market and for its capacity to micronize very small batches (from 0.2 grams) assuring high level yields, it has been awarded in February at the Technical Park of Zurich with the prestigious "Swiss Technology Award 2003".
Now at Achema 2003, in world-preview, JETPHARMA GROUP is going to present the completely new version of the "MC One@ in Glove Box" enriched with the new "nanofeeder", a miniaturized feeder expressly designed for the MC One@.
The new MC One@ in Glove Box is not just an MC One@ in an "adapted" glove box, but it is a completely tailor-made equipment with specific studied solution for the requirements of a fluid jet mill.
All the glove boxes, for the protection of the operator, have to work in negative pressure,
while the fluid jet mills - unlike other different equipments, mixing, screening, ... - work at a positive pressure of 12 bar; this is the main reason why multi-purpose isolators or glove boxes available on the market can not be the right solution for any "fluid jet mill".
Nowadays there is nothing available on the market able to micronize quantity of product below 1 grams in GMP conditions and particularly a complete tailor-made equipment in glove box with the new "nanofeeder".
