The MC One®
is the smallest Fluid Jet Mill, available on the market, capable
to micronize very small batches/samples from 0.2 gr up to 30
gr of product with low product loss.
Examples:
- LACTOSE: product fed 0.3 grams, yield 0.22 grams
- PEPTIDE: product fed 1 gram, yield 0.88 grams; yield
88%
- POLIPEPTIDE: product fed 50 grams, yield 49.3 grams; yield
98.6%
Technical Features
- HIGH GRADE MATERIALS - AISI type 316L stainless steel
mirror polished to Ra 0.25 microns

Standard MC One®
- Upper and lower plates + central nozzles ring , closed
by a single tri-clamp
- Extra small collecting bin
- Polyester anti-static filter sleeve, enclosed in a SS
tube with cylindrical inspection glass, and manual shaking
system
- Supporting box including two pressure gauges and two
process valves
Options
- Tailor made collecting bins - these bins are available
in Glass, or SS, or PTFE
- Absolute Hepa cartridge filter class EU13 - this cartridge
is enclosed in a SS container closed by a single triclamp.
A differential pressure gauge is located in the manifold
in order to check the filter clogging
- Special nanofeeder (gravimetric) - this feeder has been
engineered by JETPHARMA with a special shape in order to
process very small batches or sample of product, without
losses of product
- Special internal lining - PTFE for sticky products, Vulkollan for hard products, Ceramic for very
hard products
- Horizontal flow cabinet - this options avoids the dust
dispersion and the inhalation by the operator
- Glove Box Isolator - this application allows the total
containment, for sterile, high active, and toxic products
